Architectural Drawings & 3D rendering
A specialty service offered to interior designers, builders, independent contractors, cabinet dealers who need to outsource their technical drawing needs
How does this work?

Provide your design information, dimensions, pictures, appliances and any information that would make the design process efficient in the design order form.

We will complete the design and mail you back a .KIT file and/or we can create a complete presentation packet with schematic drawings, elevations and 3D renderings, Item list or manufacturers report.

Typically the turn around time is 2-5 working days from the time all the required information is received. If you are requesting the full presentation package that time may be increased, however all the designs with the presentation package should be completed within 7 days.

Purchased packages must be used within the calendar year.
What is included?
- Basic floorplan & elevations showing walls, cabinets, countertops
- Photo realistic renderings with accessories, actual selections, lighting etc. is available upon request
- 2 revisions for each paid job. Additional revisions will be charged on a job by job basis
Pricing
Flat-rate pricing for drawings where you can buy a set quantity of designs for a flat-rate.

1 Design - $250
4 Designs - $230 per design
9 Designs - $210 per design
15 Designs - $190 per design
20 Designs - $175 per design
25 Designs - $160 per design
35+ Designs - $110 per design
